In order to maintain our food safety standards, we may not accept returns or offer a cash refund for any of the Daima product(s) in general.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care Service for help. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork, and packing materials it arrived in. We do not return or refund cash unless in rare cases when we feel it is right to do so after the approval of our inspection team.
Only in rare cases if Daima team approves for return or replacement, we only replace items if they are defective, damaged, wrong Product was shipped with valid proofs.
